by Step Ordering: |

Browse our comprehensive range of products and select
the product you wish to buy by clicking the 'add to
basket' button.
2. Continue shopping by selecting a category.
3. Go to your shopping basket and make any changes to
your items if necessary (then click the update basket
if you made changes). Click the 'checkout' button to
continue.
4. Log in or register to the site. This will collect
some of your details so we know who you are.
5. Check your order and choose a gift option then select
'continue'.
6. Choose a delivery option (see below for info) then
enter delivery address and gift message if applicable.
Click 'continue'.
7. Check the final amount then click 'proceed to payment'
and follow instructions to enter your payment details.
At this point you have the option to cancel.
8. That's it! You'll receive an email with your receipt. |

Wines uses a courier service and whilst every effort
is made to meet next day delivery requests, on occasions
the couriers fail to meet this service, sometimes
due to remote area deliveries or where addresses are
unable to be found. However, 98% of our deliveries
are met with Next Day delivery requests.
Delivery excludes week-ends and bank holidays.

| Refunds/Returns: |
If you
are unhappy with any of our wines, please contact

and a full refund will be considered.
If
some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken
or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify
us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return
the whole case or just the affected bottles for a
refund. |

| On occasions
it may be necessary to change some of the bottles if
these are out of stock. If you ever have cause to disagree
with our choice of replacements, we will give you a
credit for any of the bottles that we have switched,
no questions asked. |

is required only for the shopping basket and not for
tracking.
