*Butlers Wines uses a courier service and whilst every effort is made to meet next day delivery requests, on occasions the couriers fail to meet this service, sometimes due to remote area deliveries or where addresses are unable to be found. However, 98% of our deliveries are met with Next Day delivery requests.

Delivery excludes week-ends and bank holidays.

We will not disclose any of your details to any third party. We may collect your IP address and use cookies, which is required only for the shopping basket and not for tracking. We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally.

We use the SagePay payment gateway to process your payment. This ensures the highest level of security and that no card details are store on our own servers.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with any of our wines, please contact us at info@butlerswines.co.uk and a full refund will be considered.

If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.

Availability

On occasions it may be necessary to change some of the bottles if these are out of stock. If you ever have cause to disagree with our choice of replacements, we will give you a credit for any of the bottles that we have switched, no questions asked.
