We use the SagePay payment gateway to process your payment. This ensures the highest level of security and that no card details are store on our own servers.
If you are unhappy with any of our wines, please contact us at email@example.com and a full refund will be considered.
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
On occasions it may be necessary to change some of the bottles if these are out of stock. If you ever have cause to disagree with our choice of replacements, we will give you a credit for any of the bottles that we have switched, no questions asked.
Clients must be 18 or over to purchase from this site. It is illegal to sell alcohol to minors.
