Grown exclusively in the Graves appellation. Produced in limited quantities and partly aged in oak barrels, this crisp, fruity elegant wine expresses the intense flavours of Graves wines.
The mainly Semillon grapes are picked in 5 or 6 stages each time, choosing only the ripest grapes. The vineyards are on particularly well exposed slopes and 'pourriture noble' occurs in most vintages.
