Refund policy

Returns
We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;

  1. changed your mind to buy the item(s) you have ordered or;
  2. received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
  3. received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us;
  • In order to get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within 7 days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
  • Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
  • If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us immediately. Images of broken items may be requested. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
