The Mad Bird is a blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Ancellotta. This interesting addition of the originally Italian grape Ancellotta to this blend lends a spicy, fresh flavour to the sweet, fruitiness of the Malbec. This is an ideal match for BBQ's, beef and even chilli.
